Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items.
Customized key chains are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.

2. Return Process
Contact our customer support at info@manoenterprises.in with your order number and a photo of the item.
If approved, you must return the item in its original packaging.

3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Exchanges
Exchanges are provided only for defective or damaged products.
Exchanged product will be delivered with in 7 days
