SG Craft sells premium and customized key chains.
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order for reasons including but not limited to inventory issues, payment problems, or suspected fraud.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices listed are in INR and include applicable GST unless otherwise mentioned.
Full payment is required at the time of placing the order via secure payment gateways.
MANO ENTERPRISES is not liable for payment gateway errors, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Standard shipping within India takes 5–7 business days.
Shipping delays due to logistics partners or natural causes are beyond our control.
6. Return and Refund
Returns are accepted within 7 days only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Customized key chains are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
